Business are a breath of fresh air

I would agree with Mr. Wakelin’s assessment of the two local businesses he mentioned in his letter.
We too often are quick to complain about poor service, but seldom draw attention to those that are exemplary. I have also been a customer of both Fletcher’s and Chapman and must say that both are a real breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service.
Their approach is what will decide which businesses fail in these struggling economic times and those that will survive.
