- When the threat of a spring storm arose, plans were made to take the annual Resurrection Celebration inside, but the decision was made to keep the event in the open air and beauty of Rumsey Park. The Payson Ministerial Fellowship sponsored the program, which featured contemporary Christian recording artist Buck Storm and performances by local church praise bands and groups.
