GCC offering real estate renewal classes

Gila Community College will be presenting real estate license renewal classes every Saturday in April.
The classes qualify as Real Estate Department renewal classes, but are open to anyone interested in the topics.
The classes run from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Cost per class is $20 in advance or $25 on the class day.
Course titles include, Broker Audit and Commissions Rules, Fair Housing, Agency, Disclosure, Basic Exchange, Contract Law and Beneficiary Deeds.
