Beautiful classic cars aren’t the only thing for auto show participants and visitors to enjoy, this year there will be prize drawings and raffles held throughout the event.

The Beeline Cruise-In cars are the big draw — bright, shiny beautiful cars from days gone by, kept in pristine fashion or restored from faded glory by loving owners. But there will be added fun with prize drawings and raffles held throughout the April 24-25 event.

The first 50/50 drawing for participants and sponsors will be on the evening of April 24. The public gets to take its chances at 50/50 drawings at noon and 3 p.m., Saturday, April 25.

There will be raffles too — at noon, 3 p.m. and between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. during the awards program for the Best of Show trophies.

Tickets can be purchased throughout the day and everyone who buys the $1 wristband for the Merchants’ Shopping Shuttle Madness will get a ticket at every shop visited, plus additional tickets for every $10 in merchandise purchased. The tickets need to be returned to the Shopping Shuttle Raffle Box at Green Valley Park.

Prizes will include 10 drawings for $100 each and a collection of special items donated by the car club members and merchants.

The merchants participating in the Shopping Shuttle Madness event are: Bootleg Alley Antiques; Artists of the Rim Gallery; Peggy’s Payson Place; Western Village Antiques; Payson Antiques; When Cowboys Dream; Past and Present Boutique; Payson Galleria; Granny’s Attic; Fireside Espresso; Scoops Ice Cream; Payson Candle Factory; Sugar Shack; Chrisy’s Cottage; Payson Florist & Gifts; Paper & Metal Scrappers; Chitwoods Cabinets; DJ’s Home Décor; and Head to Toe Essentials.

The selection of prizes for men includes a stainless steel toolbox, an aluminum floor jack and a Garmin GPS, all donated by the Rim Country Classic Auto Club.

Prizes selected for women include a Four Peaks Amethyst necklace donated by Payson Jewelers, a one-of-a-kind fabric art jacket donated by club member Leslie Peacock, a digital picture frame donated by club member Barbara Bennett.

Winners don’t need to be present to claim their prizes, with your name and telephone number on the tickets, members of the club will make arrangements to deliver them.
