People want accountability, responsibility
August 14, 2009
Wednesday, Aug. 5, Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick made two stops in Payson for a town hall meeting forum. While I appreciate her time to stop in Payson, what actually took place was a politician making a token appearance without a public statement or allowing for questions and answers that the people could hear or address. My husband and I were one of the very few in line who were actually able to speak with Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick — as many people left because of the extreme heat and also the lag time it took to speak with her.
