PEO provides three nursing scholarships

Nancy Miller, Program for Continuing Education chairman for the Payson Chapter of PEO, is pleased to announce three awards given to nursing and pre-nursing students at Gila Community College.
Norma Babbitt, a nursing student, received $2,000. Brandy Mustaca, a pre-nursing student, received $1,500 and Kelley Duvall, also a pre-nursing student, received $1,000.
Grants are based on the financial need of women who are returning to education after taking a break from their studies.
PEO is a philanthropic educational organization that promotes women in education.
