Black ice causes rollover, teens uninjured

Police say two teenagers were uninjured after rolling their vehicle near Payson High School Thursday morning.
The teens were traveling west on Wade Lane when their car hit a patch of ice near Vanderlink Drive, said Payson Police Sgt. Less Barr.
Although the car was only going 20 mph, witnesses said the car flipped twice, landing on the passenger side door.
Neither teen was wearing a seat belt, he said.
Barr said no charges would be filed in the incident.
