Celebration of new town home subdivision

Town leaders and community members celebrated the grand opening of Rim Ridge Estates.
Located across the street from Gila Community College on Mud Springs Road, Rim Ridge Estates offers two floor plans: one story, 1,860 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths or a two story, 2,017 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths.
Both plans have two-car garages, knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops.Each home also has a private walkway to the entry and a covered back patio.
