My sister-in-law came up from Mesa for a visit. While here, she took her car to Fletcher’s for an oil change. She also had a leak from the transmission and thought her brakes might need to be replaced, so she asked that these be checked.
A couple of hours later, a Fletcher’s guy called to tell her the brakes were fine and did not need to be repaired. He also said he could fix the transmission leak for $68.
The major Ford dealer in Mesa had given her a price of $400 just to find the leak. This did not include the repair.
