Susan “Sue” Bea Cline-Forgey, a resident of Payson since August 2001, died Feb. 4, 2009 at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert. She was born Jan. 23, 1952 in Pomona, Calif.

She is survived by her husband and best friend, Brad; her dog, Gizzy; mother, Edith Bartlett; daughters, Jennifer, Lacey, Kendra and Neysa; son, Shon; and grandchildren, Todd, Ronny, Bailey and Jaden.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene; and sisters, Judy and Brenda.

Services were Feb. 9 at The Calvary Chapel of Payson with Pastor Joe Hittle presiding.
