Ponczak

Brian A. Ponczak died Feb. 15, 2009 in Phoenix. He was born Jan. 21, 1937 in Hamtramak, Mich. to Thaddeus and Genevieve O. Ponczak.

He married Rose Marie Cowhick on May 9, 1965 in Phoenix.

Over the years Mr. Ponczak worked with Citicorp Bank and Sanderson Ford.

Mr. Ponczak is survived by his wife, Rose Marie; daughters, Stacy Frandsen and Samantha Wright of Payson; son, Matthew Ponczak; five grandchildren; and brothers, Roger, James and Craig.

He was preceded in death by his son, Nathan in 1999; and his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thurs-day, Feb. 26 at Palm Lakes Village Club House, 16415 N. 33rd Way, Phoenix, with a reception to follow.

Burial will be at Paradise Memorial Mausoleum.
