Editor:
Thank you for your overwhelming support and comfort during a time of need with the loss of my son, Joshua William Lee Stubbs. Your thoughts, prayers and kind words were greatly appreciated.
Also, there was such an outpouring of cards and donations toward the Little Red School House Project in Tonto Basin and it was very heartwarming. I have no words to fully express my gratitude to those of you who were able to attend the celebration memorial service in honor of my son. Amazingly, we filled the Tonto Basin School with 500-plus people, bringing in bleachers and many having to stand. Much food was brought in, which would have pleased Joshua greatly.
As always, the community in which we live in, pulls together during times of need to help each other. I am so grateful to be part of such a giving community.
If you have not had a chance and would like to donate in Joshua’s name toward the Little Red School House Project, please feel free to send donations to The Tonto Basin School at P.O. Box 337, Tonto Basin, AZ 85553.
My sincere thanks and God bless you.
Darrell Stubbs
