Lane Restrictions to Begin in Segment 2 near Pine

Crews will begin hauling and excavating materials from Segment 2 of the project near Pine. There will be brief lane restrictions as traffic is reduced to one lane to accommodate trucks and heavy machinery accessing the site. A flagging station and temporary signage will direct motorists safely through the route. Be prepared to temporarily stop while traffic is guided through the route. Please allow additional time to reach your destination.

Bradshaw RoadClosed Beginning July 20

Bradshaw Road will be closed July 20 to provide a safe work zone. Crews will be excavating Bradshaw Road in order to align the new road with SR 87. This will accommodate the new turn lanes at Bradshaw Road. Construction on Bradshaw Road is in conjunction with safety improvements along SR 87 between Payson and Pine. The road is expected to remain closed throughout construction. A clearly marked detour will direct motorists to Old County Road just north of Bradshaw Road for access to businesses and residential properties. Bradshaw Road is part of the construction zone. Please do not travel beyond barricades and do not follow trucks into the work zone.

Removal of Timber and Logging Begins in Segment 1

Crews will begin logging and removing timber in Segment 1 of the project. Segment 1 of construction is near Payson between milepost 254.62 and milepost 255.94. Although there are no lane closures or restrictions scheduled for segment 1 the week of July 20 at this time, drivers are asked to use extra caution and anticipate brief delays through the work zone. Flaggers may be present to safely allow trucks and machinery to access the work zone.
