Quilt show and more this weekend in Pine

The 19th Annual Strawberry Patchers Quilt Show is June 12-14 at the Pine Community Center.
Approximately 100 Rim Country quilt artists will display their work from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
The Strawberry Patchers Quilt Vendor Mall will be open with fabric, quilting notions and supplies for sale.
Quilt appraisals will be performed by Karen Housner on all three days, but appointments are required. Call Elaine Putnam at (928) 978-3464 for information and appointments.
The quilt show is being held in conjunction with the Strawberry Festival, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 13, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 14.
The festival will feature 76 crafters, food and product vendors. There will be chocolatedipped strawberries, strawberry shortcake, strawberry sundaes, strawberry pie and strawberry sparkle to enjoy.
Entertainment will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday by Strawberry Valley Blues Festival musicians.
Children activities include pony rides and bouncy houses/trampolines, along with a face-painting artist.
The Strawberry Valley Blues Festival is taking place in Strawberry off Fossil Creek Road June 12-14. Performances are set for 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Free workshops and clinics will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
