Checks and balances of Constitution being ignored

It seems to me that our forefathers in framing this and our Constitution were forming a new government modeled after the Roman “Trias Politica” which did not include a king or a messiah. Now, much to the consternation of the citizenry we have a “king/messiah” appointing czars who are answerable only to “his highness.”
In a brief study of high school civics, it is apparent that we are allowing Mr. Obama to depart from our Constitution by not adhering to the “Trias Politica” system of checks and balances of power. If a czar by definition has “absolute authority” and answers only to Mr. Obama, then Mr. Obama has absolute authority to the power of 15. (If there are only 15 czars.)
My understanding is that this system of checks and balances (judicial, legislative and executive), has been lost because our elected congressmen and senators have abdicated responsibility and are not willing to stop Mr. Obama. It appears he is carrying out his mission as “messiah and king” which in fact is “the accumulation of too much power into the hands of a single person.” The very reason we have a Constitution is to prohibit this kind of tyranny.
I have one King and Messiah, His name is Jesus Christ, not Obama.
