On behalf of the Humane Society of Central Arizona, I would like to thank Down the Street Art Gallery and all the artists who donated toward the silent art auction on June 5: April Bower, Minette Richardson, Jan Ransom, Glenda Roark, Carol Steyaert, Leonard Kolb, Albert Goldman, Pam Fandrich, Cheryl Sweet, Tim Hummer, C.M. Okerwall, M. Sue Jones, Gail, Vera Jeanne, Jackie Bond, Geri Wood-Gittings, Jeff Jeff Khuns, Kathy Hilton, Lyndia Peters, Patricia Allebrand, Linda Nanizzi and Dan Basinski, Bill Barcus, Sarina Creations, Donn Morris, Donna Lindstrom, Pat Sessions, Dean Shields, Diane Haugen, Pam Scofield, William Fuller, John Tracy II, “Christine,” Gwen Storybead. Businesses that donated are: Plant Fair Nursery, Chaparral Pines Golf Club, Bashas’, Safeway, Cardo’s Pizza, Chili’s restaurant, and the China Wok restaurant. Thanks to the Humane Society volunteers for bringing the dogs and puppies, Stephanie Landers, George White, Sasha Parsons, Brandon Heape and Samantha Brown; and volunteers, Joyce Baker, Barb Brenke, Ginger Ingram and Patti Keyworth. The support was wonderful and greatly appreciated, with more than $1,600 raised, especially at this most difficult time. Our heartfelt thank you to everyone, for making the silent art auction a great success.
