Thanks for help with silent auction benefit

Down The Street Art Gallery hosted its second silent auction for the Humane Society on First Friday on Main Street, June 5.
We would like to thank Bashas’, Safeway Food and Drugs, Cardo’s Italian Restaurant, Chili’s and the Chinese Wok for providing great food for the evening and Plant Fair Nursery and Chaparral Pines for their gift certificates for the auction. The art community and our artist for donating over 80 items. Our artists and the Humane Society volunteers for working so hard. The people who came and participated by opening their hearts and wallets for the cause and raising $1,650. Our community has great spirit, especially in hard economic times. We are lucky to live here.
