Payson area artists honored in Phippen Museum show

Two Payson area artists brought home honors from the Phippen Museum’s 35th Annual Western Art Show and Sale over Memorial Day weekend.
Rock Newcomb won the Montgomery Frames Award and a second place in the acrylics division with his “Legacy of the Plains” entry.
Marilyn Salomon took third in the mixed media division with her “The Chosen One” entry.
