People need to be informed

I agree with Richard K. Meszar, that we shouldn’t have one party controlling everything, I’m talking about the national, not state level, we have one party as president and controlling house and senate.
We need the people to inform themselves, not listen to the media. The people listened to the media instead of checking the facts, we should have Sydney Hay representing us. This Congress and all their earmarks — why can’t congress make it simple and say we need this amount for housing or jobs?
If some senator wants a train from Las Vegas to Los Angeles put it in a separate bill. People are irate and think the rich don’t pay enough taxes. What about the percentage of people that don’t pay taxes. I’m against sharing the wealth. I’m for a flat tax to keep business simple.
