Unhappy with Star Valley town government

Just want to send a quick note to thank Star Valley for nothing.
I live in the new Town of Star Valley and it appears that we have no rabies animal control.
I have a skunk living under my house. I recently called the Star Valley Town Hall and the woman told me that if I could trap it, I could drown it and it wouldn’t let off the stink.
Well I don’t know about you, but I didn’t sign up for that job.
I also noticed that after the last good snow that we had, our roads are no longer being plowed. I believe that both of these functions used to be done by the county and now we are on our own.
I found out also, that there have been 29 skunks reported in the state having rabies. I guess that makes our pets and our children playing outside fair game.

Do you think new Principal Anna Van Zile has a valid idea in eliminating the Asst. Principal and replacing it with an Athletic Director position that would share her duties as Principal?
