The goal of the Women’s Wellness Forum is to give women time for themselves — even if it is only once a year.

Getting women to stop and take time for themselves in pursuit of health and wellness has been the goal of the annual Women’s Wellness Forum for 11 years.

This year the forum was March 14 and brought together women of all ages and from all walks of life to learn about a variety of different subjects.

Sponsors were the Mogollon Health Alliance, Payson Regional Medical Center, RTA Hospice & Palliative Care, Soroptimists, Rim Country Rotary, Arizona Health Education Centers, Arizona Public Service, Payson Rotary, Payson Apothecary Pharmacy and ERA Community Fund.
