Payson needs jobs

Jobs! Payson needs jobs. Perhaps the Payson city council’s goals should be redirected to the creation of jobs. Jobs spur growth and increase much-needed tax revenue.
If the present city council is unable to do this, then we, the community, need to clean house come next election and invite those with the creativity and imagination to do so.
Payson is more than a retirement town. There are families here too that have the need for a livelihood which can support them.
Let’s make Payson more than a stopover crossroads on the way to better places. Let’s make it the place to be.
