The NRP Group celebrated the opening of Center Ridge Apartments. Mark Shoemacher, senior vice president with The NRP Group; La Tonya Williams with the Arizona Department of Housing (center) and Payson Mayor Kenny Evans cut the tape.

The NRP Group announced the grand opening of 48 affordable apartment homes located at 105 E. Main St. earlier this month.

The Center Ridge Apartments will provide residents with affordable two- and three-bedroom apartment homes along with amenities including a clubhouse with computer center, community room and picnic area.

“We are thrilled to have this wonderful facility completed and open here in Payson,” said Payson Mayor Kenny Evans. “We have had a great relationship with The NRP Group, their staff and contractors throughout the planning and construction phase of development. We look forward to a continuing great relationship as we move forward.”

All units come with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range exhaust fan, disposal and refrigerator. In addition, the apartment homes include ceiling fans and window coverings and are cable TV and high-speed Internet ready.
