Representative votes against public’s wishes

Editor:
Our Congressional Representative Ann Kirkpatrick voted for the health care bill on Saturday, Nov. 7.
I and many others in the Rim Country have sent letters, e-mails and personally met with her urging her not to vote for this horrendous government boondoggle. Ignoring the will of the majority of her constituents will cost her.
It looks like she will be a one term Congress person. I know that I will do all I can to help elect anyone who runs against her in 2010. Hopefully there are more intelligent representatives in the Senate who will not vote for this legislation.

Question of the week
Do you think new Principal Anna Van Zile has a valid idea in eliminating the Asst. Principal and replacing it with an Athletic Director position that would share her duties as Principal?
