Frontier Dental Arts caters to cowards with great service

Frontier Dental Arts has served patients for 26 years from the same location at 704 S. Meadow Street. Dr. William Blackmore established the practice in 1983.
If you’re a coward about going to the dentist, then make an appointment with Dr. William Blackmore or Dr. Travis Shepherd at Frontier Dental Arts.
“Dr. Blackmore and Dr. Shepherd both cater to cowards,” said Lisa Murphy, one of two registered dental hygienists at the office at 704 S. Meadow St.
Frontier Dental Arts’ other registered dental hygienist is Danae Balke.
Dr. Blackmore, Dr. Shepherd and their staff have been at the Meadow Street location for 26 years. The staff currently includes Johanna Bolt, Danielle Jones, Margot Morphis, Myrna Valentine and Darcy Getling, in addition to Murphy and Balke.
Services offered by Blackmore, Shepherd and the staff at Frontier Dental Arts include: general dentistry, orthodontics including Invisalign®, Nobel Biocare implants and mini-implants, dentures and partials, endodontics (root canals), bleaching (whitening), periodontal care including “deep cleaning,” laser procedures, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry and veneers.
Frontier Dental Arts uses state-of-the-art equipment and sterilization procedures and accepts most insurance.
The office is open Monday through Friday. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday; and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday; with lunch from noon to 1 p.m. daily.
