Editor:
The Julia Randall Elementary School PTO just finished up their annual Cookie Dough Fund-raiser.
Students sold almost $19,000 worth of cookie dough and the school made almost $9,000 profit — a lot of dough!
I would like to express my sincere thanks to our community, that continues to support JRE even through these tough times. Thank you to the students who sold, to the parents who helped them, to all my volunteers who showed up to successfully sort the orders, and again to the parents for picking it up!
It was a huge team effort and I appreciate every one involved!

Question of the week
Do you think new Principal Anna Van Zile has a valid idea in eliminating the Asst. Principal and replacing it with an Athletic Director position that would share her duties as Principal?
