Main Street has great potential

Main Street has huge potential as a mini “Breckenridge-type mountain town” area, which local leadership should be tasked to make happen.
It could become a “destination” area, with some vision and a plan. Also, has anyone considered a federally-funded, widened, repaved, and landscaped second entry via McLane with signage coming into Payson directing visitors to Historic Main Street and Green Valley Park? Ninety minutes from the Valley’s population, folks. Carpe diem!
