I was a vendor at the craft show held at the Masonic Lodge located on Rancho Road (last) weekend (Sept 12 and 13). As the craft show was winding down on Sunday afternoon we were hit by a heavy downpour of rain which also included hail.
The outside vendors were doing their best to protect their wares but the bad weather was winning.
When I looked out the door a few minutes later I noticed that there were several men in light green raincoats helping the vendors get their tents down. These men were from the fire station located next door to the lodge. I don’t know what their names were, but I just wanted the actions of these men to be recognized and commended. That was going above and beyond the call of duty.
