Hello, my name is Porsha Campbell and I am 13 years old. I am writing a letter to you because it is an assignment that we can choose to do in social studies.
I have a lot to talk about. First off, I was the ice cream eating champion at the skate competition. I am eighth-grade vice president at the Rim Country Middle School and I love life. Sometimes it can be hard like when Julia Wright and Austin Moffet died, but you just have to take that experience and make life even better. Every day I strive to do my best at whatever it is that I am doing to make sure that if I don’t win, at least I know that I have done my best.
Anyways, to get to my point, I was just wondering if you could put this letter in the newspaper for everyone to see how committed to life I am and so that I can get credit on my social studies project. (Not to be conceited.)

Question of the week
Do you think new Principal Anna Van Zile has a valid idea in eliminating the Asst. Principal and replacing it with an Athletic Director position that would share her duties as Principal?
