Payson High School and the Gila County Health Department will offer the seasonal flu shot (not the H1N1 flu vaccine) free to all Payson High School and Payson Center for Success students on Wednesday, Sept. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the school library.
Students must have a signed parent permission slip with them.
Permission slips are available at the schools, on the PHS Web site, www.pusd.k12.az.us/phs and in Edline.
The other district schools will be scheduled for the free seasonal flu shots after the Payson Schools fall break. For more information, call 474-2233.
