Phs Drama Students Put On Spring Musical

Chelsea York (Maisie) and Caleb Harrison (Bobby) practice their Charleston routine as they high step it through a first act dance routine during rehearsal for the play, “The Boyfriend.” The 1920s musical is set in the carefree world of the French Rivera. Payson High School will present “The Boyfriend” as its annual spring musical. This is a fun and upbeat musical set in the 1920s. It was actually Julie Andrews’ first musical.

It opens in the Payson High School auditorium April 7 and runs through April 10. Prices at the door are $8 for adults $6 for students and $7 for senior citizens. Advance tickets are all $2 less and available at Re-runs Resale Boutique, the Payson Public Library and Oasis Christian Book Store.
