Thank you NPG Cable, for saving our lives and home on July 24. Our house was hit by lightning and took out our cable and Internet. I saw an NPG truck later on our street and asked the technician, Rob, if he could check our service, he went to the cable outside and smelled gas and told us to shut the gas off and call SemStream.
Our gas pipe had a hole in it downstairs and was filling the rooms with gas for four hours. Boy, are we lucky to be writing this letter. Another employee, Scott, worked for two hours to get us back on line. Thank you again.
