I was in the office of the Roundup arranging for my paid ads recently and while there, I observed an elderly lady who arrived at the counter to purchase multiple copies of the edition with the obituary and related feature articles on the tragic death of Mike Barr, son of Payson Police Sgt. Les Barr and his wife Deena. Your receptionist was so kind to her, learning she was grandmother to Mike. The Roundup provided 19 copies for the family free of charge as a public service.
I want to compliment the Roundup for the excellent news coverage on this awful loss to our community. Mostly, however, thank you for your kindness and compassion to this lady and the Barr family.
A kindness is never forgotten.
