Pacific Coast Mortgage is now First National Bank.
Laura Hartnell, branch manager, said there has been some confusion surrounding the name change, which is similar to National Bank of Arizona.
Hartnell explained First National Bank, which is based out of Utah, bought out Pacific Coast Mortgage, giving the branch the ability to lend in all 50 states.
“We are a national lender now,” she said. “Before we could only do the Southwest. This has opened up a lot more doors for us.”
Besides traditional mortgages, First National Bank offers manufactured home lending and reverse mortgages.
Pacific Coast Mortgage originally opened in Payson on April 1, 2004.
