Sex offender Dennis Ross Tudor Jr., 41, notified police that he is living at 3696 E. Highway 260 #A3 in Star Valley.
Tudor, who drives a white 1991 Isuzu pickup with Arizona license plate AEV8960, is 5’11”, 150 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
In August 1995, Tudor was convicted of sexual assault in the third degree. Tudor made sexual advances toward his sister-in-law in December 1994 and when she refused, Tudor raped the woman while she slept. Tudor was sentenced to three years intensive probation. In June 1996, Tudor violated his probation and was arrested in California on vehicle theft charges. In August of 1996, Tudor’s probation for the sex charges was revoked and he was sentenced to three years in the Colorado DOC. In November 1998, Tudor was arrested by the Las Vegas Police Department for failure to register as a sex offender. Tudor is now current on his registration requirements.
It is the responsibility of the chief law enforcement officer having jurisdiction where the offender resides to make notification to the community.
Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, accepted under an interstate compact or released from the county jail back into the community.
Tudor has been convicted of a sex offense, which allows for community notification. The GCSO at this time does not have any outstanding warrants on Tudor.
Citizen abuse of this information to harass, intimidate, or threaten sex offenders will not be tolerated.
