Now that the new roundabout is in place, would you please remind folks that there are laws on how to proceed through said roundabouts.
First — 20 mph speed limit.
Second — turn signals are a must if you plan on continuing through the circle.
Third — yielding in all directions only works if oncoming traffic understands what the other driver knows what your intentions are.
Fourth — if you’re already committed within the circle, you have the right of way.
