This class may be helpful if you:
• would like to be able to speak your truth honestly in any situation in a way that does not sound offensive or demanding;
• would like to be able to hear any message, even if it seems critical, without reacting defensively or “taking it personally”; and/or
• would like to be more compassionate and less judgmental with yourself and act in ways that demonstrate harmony with your own core values.
The instructor is Donna Steckal, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist and certified trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Call (928) 474-4452 for more information about this course.
