Several years ago I met Ed Blair at a polling place, although I don’t remember which election it was. Ed was a very outreaching and charismatic person, and I did not know at that time he was a Democrat. This doesn’t really bother me, as I’m only interested in a person’s character, which I am not able to determine on a first meeting anyway. Knowing Ed for several years, he is the same now as the first time I met him. I value his integrity and honesty (although he is not too good at telling a supposedly funny story). I still respect him and continue to support him for our Payson council. He is a true servant to the people.
