Payson High School senior Emily Hill is planning to volunteer this summer in Mozambique, Africa through a humanitarian organization called Care for Life.
Each summer, Care for Life sends teams of eight to 10 volunteers to work in orphanages and complete projects.
She is fund-raising to pay for the $4,500, three-week trip. Hill says she’s working to earn as much money as possible.
Care for Life is a qualified non-profit, and any donations are tax deductible.
