Art Fund-Raiser To Benefit Payson’S Community Kids

Down the Street Art Gallery is hosting a fund-raiser to benefit Payson’s Community Kids on Friday, March 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.

“The Sky’s The Limit” event will feature sky-themed art from local artists.

“The theme was chosen with the belief that the sky is the limit when it comes to making sure the program stays active and thrives,” said Minette Hart, gallery owner. Payson “Community Kids desperately needs to put an addition on their cramped facility and the artists of Down the Street Art Gallery want to help make all this possible.”

For sale will be oils, watercolors and silk paintings.

PCK Board President Suzy Tubbs and other members of PCK will be in attendance.

PCK feeds and clothes low income children and provides a place for at-risk youth to spend time.

The art show will run the entire month of March and the gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
