Budget override must be passed

I believe for the future of our state to have any chance at competitiveness in the academic area we must pass the budget override coming up on Feb. 17. The ballot is a mail-in vote and for the continuation of advanced courses and sports and arts in our town we must pass the override.
As a student at Payson High School, the following classes after me will have a much harder time going to colleges and receiving a good education if more of our money is lost to the budget cuts.
Also, as being an athlete at the school, many talented sports players will have a hard time to get looked at by colleges without the education and the after-school activities. If we do not keep the after-school activities going, students at the school will do stuff to get them in trouble and more crime will immerse from that.
