Teens need more to do

My name is Nikkie Ray and I am 13 years old. I believe teenagers in Payson need more to do.
It is my recommendation that the city consider providing an indoor roller rink possibly at the former Dollar General store, and if possible, consider doing an outdoor ice skating rink. What about hiring teens to help with the maintenance? You would make a lot of teenagers happy! I appreciate your consideration.
