Playing off-season club sports can turn into a huge expense for cash-strapped parents. Knowing that, Club Rim coaches organized a raffle to help volleyball team members offset the cost of membership. More than 40 businesses and sports organizations in Payson and around the state responded by donating prizes for the raffle. What resulted was players generating $7,689, which was used to help 43 of the 64 team members pay their club fees.
