Red Cross offers tips on disaster planning

The America Red Cross Grand Canyon chapter will be offering a free presentation on the three actions everyone can take to help make a difference when disaster strikes.
The free program will be at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 16 at the Payson Public Library, 328 N. McLane Road.
