The Longhorns lost another tough one. Several mistakes on special teams put them behind at half time 18-6. But a half-time pep talk brought them roaring back in the second half to come within reach of a victory only to be disappointed again. The Fountain Hills Falcons left the game with a victory but knowing they dodged a bullet.
The Longhorns scored thirteen points in the second half to Fountains Hills lone score of seven points, just enough to keep the ‘Horns at bay. The final score was 25-19.
