The superintendent of Payson schools and the board of education have shown themselves to be grossly inconsiderate of proper personnel practices and driven by private vendettas. They ignore data and usual/customary practices and act with cruelty and malevolence while hiding behind the label of “personnel matters.”
Communication with the public and input before critical decisions is nearly nonexistent.
The Gila County Superintendent of Schools, according to law, will soon appoint one member of the board to fill the seat vacated by Mr. Meyer.
Two other seats are open for election. Please change the majority of the board and consequently the nature of the board. We need three fresh voices on the board to give us a new model of decision-making and administrative actions. Fire Mr. Huff.
