Liaison Post Proves Beneficial

I’m writing to thank both Mayor Kenny Evans and Town Manager Debra Galbraith for their foresight in hiring Mike Vogel as a liaison between the Town of Payson and those, such as myself, who are seeking to help bring some vivacity back into the commercial life of Payson. Many compliments to them for their forward-thinking vision in restoring vitality to Payson’s economic engine.

Thanks to Mike and the town departments working with him, the town has agreed to allow us to redevelop a defunct condominium project into into much-needed, multi-family housing. By allowing this, the town has made for a financially viable project, which will provide for a 36-unit apartment complex.

This will be of benefit to the town by providing affordable housing as well as the many jobs created in its construction and ongoing management.

Being both the developer and contractor, I can assure you the lion’s share, if not all, of the jobs created will be employing local tradesman and suppliers.
