Weir Fire Update

The Weir fire, burning north of Stoneman Lake near Sedona, is now estimated at 175 acres.

The low-intensity fire continues to burn in the ponderosa pine understory and is being managed for natural resource benefits.

Smoke is visible to the east of Interstate 17 and from the Verde Valley, depending upon fire activity and isolated torching.
