County Supervisors Unveil New, Paperless System

Gila County unveiled a new, paperless agenda system this week, which means residents can log onto the Web site and access the background information for agenda items.

Supervisors previously received thick agenda packets each week, and the new AgendaQuick system will save paper, time and money, county officials said.

To access the new system, log onto On the left-hand side, click on “Clerk of the Board.”

Then, click on the “New Meeting Agendas” link. From there, you can access all meeting agendas after Sept. 1, including all backup material. To read background information for a particular agenda item, click on the item of interest. An overview will pop up, and relevant attachments will be listed on the bottom of the screen. Click on the links to open and read the files.

The new system still has some trouble spots, but the technology department is working to fix them.
