Cardiologist Makes Return Visit To Circle

Dr. Sam Gillette was the featured speaker at the March 23 Lunch and Learn. Back by popular demand, Dr. Gillette spoke to a group of 78 Senior Circle members.

A local cardiologist, Gillette spoke on “healthy heart” issues, but primarily opened up his lecture to questions and answers.

Dr. Sam Gillette, cardiologist, was the most recent guest speaker at the Senior Circle’s Lunch and Learn series.

An attendee said “it was like having a one-on-one session with the doctor, but not having to make the co-pay.” Everyone benefited from everyone else’s questions as well.

Gillette even stayed after the event to answer more private questions and to visit with members. For such a young doctor, he really and truly brings back the “old style” doctor feel. You almost expected that any moment he would pull out his stethoscope and start listening to everyone’s heart.

Payson Regional Medical Center is so fortunate to have added another wonderful and caring doctor to its staff and it was great to hear that Dr. Gillette and his family love Payson as well.

Dr. Gillette can be reached at (928) 472-3478; his office is located at 127 E. Main St., Payson. Lectures such as Gillette’s are part of the Senior Circle’s free health education series.
